Electoral regulations
By student general elections, we mean the simultaneous organization of the election of the members of the AGL Council, the election of the student representatives to the Faculty Councils and the election of the members of the Site Councils.

Election charter
By submitting their candidacy, the candidate adheres to this Charter. Adherence is done by submitting the form. By this, the candidate commits to respecting the following principles during the electoral campaign:
The general interest and service to students:
- Campaigning with integrity and loyalty;
- Being attentive to students;
- Respecting the electoral regulations and the decisions made by the electoral commission.
Integrity:
- Distinguishing between their AGL responsibilities, if any, and the electoral campaign. This ensures the neutrality of the AGL in its statements and its infrastructure;
- Respecting the fundamental principles related to human dignity;
- Respecting individuals during debates and focusing the debate on issues of ideas;
- Respecting the neutral campaign both in its application and in its spirit.
Responsibility:
- Fully assuming their candidacy, that is to say with motivation, punctuality, availability, and rigor;
- Encouraging student participation in the electoral process for at least two hours, by posting flyers or conducting outreach in lecture halls.
- Be ready to perform the functions of AGL advisor, faculty advisor or site advisor, member of the general coordination of international students.
- Manage the polling station and its responsibilities regarding the neutral campaign, as provided by the electoral regulations and in compliance with its provisions.
Professionalism :
- Adopt a proactive approach, both individually and collectively, with a view to ensuring a pleasant campaign for all;
- Encourage students to participate in the publicity of the elections and not just to promote a list or a particular person;
- Make respectful and reasonable use of social media and any other means of electoral propaganda.

Budget notice
Each list or independent candidate is entitled to a campaign budget to participate in the elections. Consult the budget notice to be able to anticipate the amount that will be allocated to you as well as to be aware of the authorised expenses and the reimbursement process.
