Rent the Rosa Luxembourg room
The Rosa Luxemburg room is located at avenue Georges Lemaitre, 35, in Louvain-la-Neuve.
It can accommodate up to 80 people. It is equipped with a bar, kitchen and projection system (optional). This option can also be chosen to use only the soundbar.
The rentals are reserved for socio-cultural initiatives or for the student community.
The room is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Pricing
- The orders and political youth organisations linked to a party are subject to the full rate.
- The BDE benefit free of charge from rentals.
- The Kap's, Circles and Regionals may benefit from the deposit exemption.

Weekend rental
Please note: rentals for the weekend (from Friday included) are only made on the basis of a waiver, granted by the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs. Note that it is imperative to submit a rental request to the AGL BEFORE submitting the request for exemption.
Please follow the following procedure:
1. Submit a standard rental request via the online forms on the AGL website.
2. Receive confirmation that the rental has been granted to you.
3. Submit a waiver request to the VRAE via the form (located here or via the intranet: https://intranet.uclouvain.be/fr/myucl/cvrc/salles-gerees-par-l-agl-0.html) attaching proof of the agreement of the AGL. The form must be sent to the addressactivites-cvrc@uclouvain.be 15 15 days at the latest before the event.
4. Go to the AGL hotlines with the requested documents as well as the email (printed) proving the agreement of the VRAE.

How to rent the room
- Fill in the booking form. We send you a confirmation email, usually after a few days, excluding weekends and blockades.
- If your reservation is validated, pay the total amount of the rental (rent and deposit) to account BE30 3630 0670 9511 with the structured communication present on your invoice
- You will then be invited to visit the offices of the AGL to sign your rental contract and set an inventory time for entry and exit. It is only with the signing of the contract that the lease will be considered firm. However, the good performance of the latter remains subject to compliance with the general conditions of use.
- Once the inventory is complete, you will receive your possible deposit usually two weeks later. However, the AGL cannot be held liable for an exceptionally longer repayment period than usual.
Permanences: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1pm to 2pm at the AGL offices.
Apart from these hotlines, we will unfortunately not be able to have you complete or sign room rental contracts. We draw your attention to the fact that during the holiday, blockade and exam periods, the "room" services are not provided as usual. Please inquire before coming to the offices. Thank you for your understanding.
Deposit
La caution équivaut à 75€ sauf si le/la locataire dispose d’un cachet de l’Organe, de la Fédé ou du GCL (voir procédure ci-après).
If your initiative comes from a project house, a circle or a regional group and your rental is for a short duration, you may benefit from an exemption from the deposit, provided that your collective guarantees it.
To benefit from this advantage, you must complete the deposit exemption document by your reference collective. This document is downloadable below (depending on your collective).
Note: it is pointless to come to the AGL to obtain this document (nor to print the contract). This document must be duly completed and provided at the time of the rental request.
For student projects that are not part of a collective (project house, circle or regional group) or outside the student environment (association, business, ...), the deposit amounts to €350.
One-time rental
You can rent the Rosa Luxembourg room occasionally for an event lasting a few hours up to a day.
Recurring rental
You can rent the Rosa Luxembourg room on a regular basis, during a whole quadrimester or year-round (excluding periods of exams and holidays). A rental is considered recurring when the room is rented, by the same organization, six or more times per quadrimester and 12 or more times per academic year. Regular rental rates and conditions vary from one-off rental rates and conditions. The four-month reduction grants a discount
