After 10 years without price changes for the room rentals provided by the AGL, we had to face the reality that an increase was necessary to continue offering a quality service.
You will find in this table the new prices applicable from 1st August.
Here are some other remarks on the changes :
Requests submitted before 1st August will be processed at the old price. (An email issue is preventing the transmission of invoices, this problem should be resolved within the week)
Existing regular rentals will keep the old price for this year.
The discount for annual regular rentals is now 30% and the quadrimester discount is now 20%.
The prices for options remain unchanged.
Collectives linked to a Grand Collectif (GCL, Fédé, Organe) will be able to benefit from the deposit exemption starting in September.
The website has been slightly modified, you will now find the page for room rentals in the "Services" tab.
